Are there deals in Las Vegas yet?

I say there are. In times like these, you cant help but find what you want and at the price you want it. People that say there is alot of inventory out there, are looking in the wrong place. If you key in on the best unit cost available for a given area that you are interested in, you will find that there are a relative few homes that are priced at a competative price. More than ever, these homes (well priced amongst a litter of overpriced listings collecting dust) are being liquidated on behalf of some type of corporate involvment. I would say that probably 70% of the available inventory in Las Vegas, are properties that surround a select few (30%) of homes that are just being "dumped" out there. People always hype the news; I say if your a seller get out of the way of the 30% and buyers should hear the news. It is saying choice and value like never before. If you look in the right places you will not only get what you want but you will win "big time" on price. But this is Vegas. We are on our own little island. I cringe to think of what the rest of the nation would be up against.
